Can we register with you to receive
details of all your events?
Yes, you can register with us to receive details of all our events, or all events in your specific areas of interest. You can also register to receive our forward planner. Please complete the profile form on this site.
I would like to attend however I am unsure of my diary commitments. Can I reserve a place?
We offer a provisional booking system. You can reserve a provisional place in writing but must confirm it by completing a booking form before the event if you still wish to attend.
Are there still places left on this conference?
If the booking form on the conference page on the website is still active then there are still places available.
How can I register?
Via Post
You can register using the booking form on the back of the brochure.
We need a completed booking form to register you to attend the event. Please ensure that you have signed to agree to the terms and conditions otherwise we will be unable to process your booking. Please then post to:

You can register using the booking form on the back of the brochure.
We need a completed booking form to register you to attend the event. Please ensure that you have signed to agree to the terms and conditions otherwise we will be unable to process your booking.

You can register online at this website. Please click onto the conference you wish to attend on the main conference index and then go to Booking Form. You can then choose your method of payment and your seminar choices. You will be sent through a confirmation of your booking after registering.
Can I be invoiced?
Yes.
How can I pay?
You can pay by BACS, cheque or credit card.
I am an international delegate how can I register?
You can register as normal but if you are from outside the EU we require you to pay using Bankers Draft.
I am unable to attend but would like some conference papers, how do I go about this?
Conference papers are available for most of our events. You can order conference papers by filling in the booking form on the brochure or online under conference papers. They will be sent out to you after the event and only once payment has been received.
Is hotel accommodation included in the price?
Unless stated otherwise hotel accommodation is not included. However, we do provide a list of Hotels near to the conference venue. This will be sent to you with your joining instructions.
I am from the Channel Islands do I still need
to pay VAT?
Yes, as our conferences are not classed as vocational training by HM Revenue & Customs and are held in the UK Mainland.
Do you hold events outside London?
Most of our events take place in central London, due to demand and the schedule of our parliamentary speakers. We do make a conscious effort to assess the feasibility of holding each event outside London. If you have any suggestions please e-mail info@neilstewartassociates.co.uk
I am on your mailing list and I wish to change or remove my details. How do I do this?
If you receive mail from us you can check the reference code on the envelope above your name and address that will look similar to one of these:
